One rainy night. It's the typical setting for such a story. A young woman wakes up in a dark alleyway without a trace of her past. Where was she? Who was that mysterious voice she heard in her dreams? Why did she have no memories? What had happened to her? Her thoughts were cut short however, when she was ambushed by a mad hobo made of soap.
Thrust into a bustling city with no purpose or direction, the woman sets out to uncover her lost identity. This is where you come in.
The woman's name is RITA. You are now her subconscious. It is up to you to guide her through her story, interact with people, and make decisions which could ultimately determine her fate...
OK, so the good news is that I've paid a deposit on my new computer build! If everything goes smoothly I'll have a new machine up and running by this time next week. No more 5-year old laptops with Vista!
The bad news is, my tablet just died.
In an almost comedic sense of timing, my 3 year old Bamboo tablet no longer connects to my personal or university computers. Did a quick search online. All the symptoms point to wire fatigue, so I'm gonna see if I can get that replaced. If not, I was thinking about getting a new tablet anyway. The major difference between the two options is about 400 bucks.
Now, this normally wouldn't be that much of an issue. Except I have Sanctum Round 5 due in less than 2 weeks, and this is a real spanner in the works. If I don't have a working tablet by Monday, I'm switching to traditional format.
Turns out it was in need of a wire replacement after all. Quick fix, all done, back to work!
